DHL Shipments & Tracking (international orders)

The DHL Globalmail service is exclusively available to non-U.S. customers if it's chosen during checkout. For international orders where this option isn't selected, shipments will be handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Signature:
DHL does not require a signature for you to receive your package.

Phone Number:
Please add your phone number to your Hells Headbangers account's address book. This will help expedite your shipment with DHL. To add your phone number to your shipping address, click here.

P.O. Boxes:
If you are located in the United Kingdom, Belgium or Mexico, DHL cannot deliver 'heavy weight' (over 4.4lbs/2.0kg) packages to P.O. BOXES in these locations. Please use a street address.

Tracking does not show step-by-step events after the package reaches it's destination country and we do not have additional tracking visibility beyond what is displayed.

Your package will be delivered by the local delivery service provider in your country, which could be the local post office or another delivery company. Please note that an actual yellow DHL truck or agent is unlikely to make the delivery. We recommend checking your mailbox or post box for your package or any special notices that may require your attention.

When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Why is my package in Germany?
All packages over 4.4lbs/2.0kg will be sorted at DHL's hub in Germany prior to being dispatched to your destination country. This is a normal occurrence & should not alarm you. Canada and Mexico are the only exceptions, they will not be sorted in Germany
