If you successfully paid for your order by PayPal or credit card then your order details and payment have definitely been received. Our website will send a confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes of your order being submitted. If concerned, please check your inbox for your confirmation.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email that doesn't mean we didn't receive your order. You can check your order status at anytime; please log in to your account with us.
If you did not create an account (Guest Checkout), then your confirmation email was sent to your default PayPal user ID.
To be sure you receive our email notifications:
