If you did not purchase our $3 hassle free insurance but your order was shipped by USPS Priority Mail (domestic or international) you still qualify for a damage claim. In most cases the damages will be reimbursed in the full amount paid for the item.
All DHL Global packages are eligible for a damage claim at no additional cost and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: we will not take responsibility for damaged jewel cases where none of the other components of the CD (liner notes, CD itself or backing) are undamaged. It is rare that jewel cases arrive damaged.
