Delivery Details:

• Deliveries requiring a signature will be handled during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
• We have a loading dock available for larger shipments.

Vinyl Mailing Instructions:

If you're sending vinyl to us, please take note:

• Ensure that the records are removed from their covers.
• Provide adequate edge protection to prevent any corner bends.
• When packaging the vinyl, arrange them in the following order: COVER, RECORD, COVER, RECORD, and so forth. Ideally each set inserted inside a polybag to avoid scuffs and fingerprints.
• Avoid stacking a pile of records on top of the covers.
