• a list of the items you would like to order
• your shipping address
• preferred payment 

Within 3-48 working hours, we will provide you with a reply containing the total cost, including postage. Please note that the items in your order will not be reserved until you receive an order confirmation email from us. If you haven't received a confirmation email, it means we haven't had a chance to review your order request yet.
