Reminder: we also accept PayPal, cash, money order and Money Gram.
If your credit card was declined, this may be due to an entry error or billing address mismatch, since we use strict security policies to help prevent credit card fraud to protect your identity.
Please try the following:
- Update your Bill To address to match the address registered with your bank/credit card.
- Try a different credit card
- Add more funds to your credit card, your bank is declining the transaction.
- Contact your bank for approval of the transaction amount. Once your bank approves it, you can try submitting your order again. This might happen if you're traveling or outside the United States. Don't worry; you'll only be charged once we send you a payment confirmation email.
If all else fails:
Submit your order and PayPal us manually by:
- Select the Money Order / Cash payment option in the shopping cart to hold your order before something sells out.
- Contact us with your order number to send you a link to PayPal us manually.
- After sending the payment, please reply with your PayPal transaction ID. This allows us to verify and apply it to your order, expediting the processing of your package.
