What happens if my order is lost?

Sorry to hear the Postal Service has delayed your package or even worse, lost it! No worries, a gift certificate will be issued for the full order total regardless if you purchased insurance or not. Click [here] to see when you should file a claim and how soon you will be compensated.

Please note the claim process is longer for uninsured orders and depending on the situation may require the buyer to file a PayPal claim or open a chargeback dispute with your credit card company. Insured orders (only a $3 flat fee) do not require this extra effort and are resolved much faster.
