Why is my LP not factory sealed?

All LPs that arrive to our warehouse without plastic shrinkwrap are carefully inserted into plastic sleeves. Most small or independent record labels DO NOT factory seal their LPs due to the high risk of the jackets' spine ripping during transit. This is caused by the record shifting inside its jacket during transport.
