Hello,
I’m contacting you regarding Order #770640, placed on January 10, 2026.
I wasn’t aware of the no-cancellation policy at the time of purchase and made an honest mistake with my order.
As the order has not shipped yet, I kindly ask if you could make a one-time exception and allow cancellation.
If this isn’t possible, I completely understand.
