What if my returned item arrives damaged to you?

Return Policy

If you qualify for a return please carefully repack the item in the original box/packaging it arrived in. Vinyl and digipak CDs are especially fragile and need extra interior protection.

As per PayPal’s Return Policy we may refuse a claim if the buyer:

• returns an excessively used or damaged item beyond the original scope of the claim
• returns an empty box to us regardless if it's the Postal Services' fault. Please make sure to securely seal the packaging.
• returns the wrong item to us
